Sriracha Horseradish & Salmon Bagel Bites

These would make a wonderful addition to a breakfast board or buffet, especially for Mother’s Day!

Ingredients

• Mini Bagels, savory type
• Salmon Lox, styled in a rosette
• Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze Garnishing

Directions

1. In the oven or toaster oven, brown the bagels slightly. Let them cool and add a layer of cream cheese. Delicately drizzle Sriracha Horseradish Garnishing Squeeze Sauce on top of the cream cheese. Turn your lox salmon into a decorative rosette and place on top of each mini bagel (we love aesthetics- do it for the board!). Arrange in one area of the board, this is one of the anchors of the board, the small decorations and accoutrements can move around this.
