They select and cure only the finest quality, handpicked, early harvest olives from southern Spain. The family recipe for low salt brine coupled with triple wash and soak methods results in olives that are not only lower in salt content but also naturally crunchy with a clean, savory flavor and meaty texture. Several of the olives in this collection are the massive and rare Gordal olives. In fact, the name literally translates to “the fat one” in Spanish. Their low oil content, firm & meaty texture and mild savory flavor make the Gordal a truly rare delicacy among table olives. The product is handpicked and stuffed in Spain, and always represents the current crop. All are 20 oz. decorative jars, 10 oz. drained.
