Use By Date: We recommend consuming all of our Balsamic Vinegars within 3 years for optimum flavor. However, you can consume them past this preference. This includes open or unopened bottles of our Balsamic Vinegar.

White Balsamic Vinegar is made by blending white grape must with 100% Italian barreled aged white wine vinegar. Made from Albana, Trebbiano and Montuni grapes which grow exclusively in the region of Modena, Italy.
