Our Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar is savory, zesty, and delicious. It is made from traditional herbs used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage. Neapolitan Balsamic will launch your next salad, marinade, or BBQ to the next culinary level.
Uses: Try drizzled over roasted vegetables or fresh tomatoes. Great marinade for poultry, mushrooms, pork or a thick rib-eye steak before grilling. Fantastic dressing for salads, pasta, rice, quinoa, cucumbers and tomatoes. Pair with creamy cheeses and brushed on bruschetta.
