We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic Vinegar, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good!
Since there are no added sugars in our Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar other than what is inherent in maple syrup, you can enjoy decadent desserts and sultry brunch plates without the extra guilt! From holiday dinners to fabulous backyard barbecues, you can cozy up to this fall classic all year long!
Uses: Pancakes, waffles and French toast are a must for the obvious reasons! Top on oats, Greek Yogurt or seasonal fruit, such as figs, pomegranate, pears, apples, or oranges.
As a glaze for ribs, pork chops, or salmon. Terrific meat marinade! Try roasting sweet potatoes, carrots, Brussel’s Sprouts, squash or cabbage, pork, chicken, etc. either directly with our Aged Maple Balsamic Vinegar or in a sauce or marinade. Can also be used as a finishing sauce by drizzling on top of the forementioned items. Our favorite way to use is with Dijon mustard as a glaze for ham! Makes your BBQ sauce extraordinary!
Wonderful with brie cheese. Candy bacon with our Aged Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar for a guilty pleasure for any gathering! Another favorite is to pair with fresh greens (especially spinach!), walnuts, and gorgonzola for a scrumptious salad!
This balsamic is a wonderful addition to almost any wintertime dessert. Try Drizzling it over ice cream, angel food cake or bread pudding. Use it in cakes and frosting, toss fruit in it such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas and more!

Use By Date: We recommend consuming all of our Balsamic Vinegars within 3 years for optimum flavor. However, you can consume them past this preference. This includes open or unopened bottles of our Balsamic Vinegar.
