Our Aged Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. Espresso coffee has long been a chef’s secret ingredient! Any number of everyday dishes will benefit from the use of this rich, sweet, and complex blending of Espresso and Balsamic. Our Aged Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar makes the perfect gift for the lover of all things coffee!
Uses: Compliments all sorts of cheese including funky blue, creamy brie, sweet goat cheese or salty parm! Sinful on a salad with one of the cheeses mentioned! Customers love to add a little of our Espresso Balsamic to yogurt too!
Add to meat for a “meatier” taste – great as a marinade or glaze on beef (especially grilled flank steak!), pork (glazed bacon!), veal, lamb, chicken, and even roasted vegetables. Add complexity to stews, braises and chili. Sear on scallops! Reduce to a glaze to add a wonderful flavor boost to BBQ and grilled meats. Add to your favorite baked beans recipe. Mix a little of our Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar for an over-the-top dressing or marinade.
Great on ice-cream, think banana split! Beautiful on Italian style desserts with cream. Add to brownie mix, chocolate frosting or even whipped cream in place of vanilla. Add a shot to an “affogato float,” which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. We love using our Aged Espresso Balsamic Vinegar to makeover fudge brownies and tiramisu!
Try adding a splash to your water or martini for a flavor enhancement!
