This Pumpkin Butter Pecan Brie Baked Dip is a must for fall season! Super quick to whip together with all the fall flavors in one bite! Be sure to have or bring this to your next fall gathering.
Ingredients:
•Pumpkin Butter from Terrapin Ridge Farms
•Brie Wheel
•Cinnamon Pecans from Nuts on the Run
•Pretzels, crackers, crostini’s or sliced baguette bread to serve with.
Directions:
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees
•Remove Brie from wrapper and cut off the rind on the edges of the circle. This is an optional preference and made the Brie wheel fit better in my ceramic pumpkin dish.
•Score the top of the cheese. This allows for easier dipping but again optional. You could also remove all of the rind.
•place Brie in oven safe dish and top with 1/3 of a jar of pumpkin butter. Add less or more for personal preference.
•Add chopped cinnamon pecans. Video does not show but I chopped the pecans before adding them back to bag to pour on.
•Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
•Serve immediately
We used Cinnamon Pretzels, Chocolate Pretzels and Everything Crackers from Terrapin Ridge. Plus our crostini’s from John WM Macy. Apple slices would be a tasty treat with this dip as well!
