Mediterranean Layered Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup prepared Roasted Garlic Hummus
1 cup prepared Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1 can of Artichoke Hearts, diced
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, diced
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
1/2 an English Cucumber, diced
1/2 a Roasted Red Pepper, diced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
Spread the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on the bottom of a shallow serving dish or platter. Then spread the Roasted Garlic Hummus on top. Then begin layering the other toppings. We found this order makes the “prettiest” display: cucumbers, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, red pepper, feta cheese and finally the green onions. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
