Certified Organic Roasted Garlic pieces.  Useful substitute for fresh, every RV’er should have! We use instead of bacon bits on salads or mixed in with burger meat (let patties rest ½ hour before cooking). Add 1 tsp. of water (or white wine) to ½ tsp. to reconstitute.  Equals 2 garlic cloves.
