Ingredients
1 Tbsp Arbequina or our other varieties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 lbs Beef Short Ribs
1 bottle Sutter Buttes Korean BBQ Sauce
Sliced Scallions for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil on medium high in a large pan. Add short ribs and sear on each side. Remove ribs to oven safe baking dish and cover with Korean BBQ sauce, turn ribs to coat. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake to 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the ribs are tender. Garnish with scallions.
Serve with fried rice and stir fry vegetables for a complete meal.
