Bluegrass Soy Sauce with the addition of Kentucky Sorghum, Kentucky Bourbon, Garlic, Vinegar and spices and now some flame. This handcrafted product is a sure winner.

Slow smoked for hours with bourbon barrel staves.  Pungent and biting; a perfect seasoning blend.

Traditionally a 7-spice Japanese chili blend that has had its “rules” bent a skosh. Wicked good with lots of uses.

Sweet, smoky and tangy! This killer sauce features Bourbon Smoked Spices sweeten with Kentucky Sorghum and taken up a few notches with flavorful Kentucky Bourbon.

All natural & vegetarian.  Kentucky Sorghum and a touch of vinegar plus fresh Garlic & Ginger are blended with Kentucky Bourbon and that marvelous Bluegrass Soy Sauce to create a totally unique preservative-free teriyaki. Perfect as a marinade but we love to use as a dipping sauce for sushi and pot-stickers.

Sweetened with sorghum, blended with pure Kentucky limestone spring water, and mellowed in bourbon barrels that were used to age some of the Bluegrass State’s finest Bourbons. Vegetarian and containing no anchovies this sauce is a unique take on the traditional all-purpose seasoning.
