Shipping Terms, Return Policy and Privacy Notice
Shipping Terms
All items are shipped with USPS and tracking. All orders require 5-7 business days to process the order and initiate the shipment. Once processed and packaged, shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on location, holidays and other factors (We are at the mercy of USPS). Upon request, Buyer will be notified of shipment and tracking upon departure of store. Please email ashley.havasuolive@gmail.com or call 928-453-0079 to be notified of shipment and tracking information. We appreciate your support and understanding when it comes to shipments. We are a very small business, our shipping team consists of one person, the owner. As much as we would like to offer extremely fast shipping like Amazon, it just isn’t feasible, especially during the holiday season.
If you received a package that was damaged in transit, please be sure to take photos. Our packages are fully insured, we do submit claims to our shipping providers. We do not give refunds or resend out packages without proof of damage.
If you have a lost or stolen package, unfortunately it is out of our hands. A lost or stolen package is something you must contact the shipping provider for. They will help locate the package with the tracking number provided by us. If they find your package was stolen, they will reimburse you for the amount you spent – given you provide proof of purchase. You would then have to place another order with us in order for us to resend the lost or stolen items.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for any perishable/food item(s). An exchange (or store credit) will only be made in the event an item or items are damaged or defective (past their best-by-dates, etc.). Exchanges or store credit for defected products require a legible receipt. No exchanges or store credit will be accepted after 10 days from purchase. No exchanges or store credit for items damaged or leaking after leaving our store. All items are inspected during bagging prior to purchase. All items need to travel upright. Items may leak if not properly stored. Do not leave items in your vehicle unattended. Damaged, lost or stolen packages are discussed above. Items will not be exchanged or refunded due to weather conditions such as freezing or heating. Unfortunately, leaks may occur during transport. Items should be cleaned up and are perfectly safe to use.
Punch Cards
Punch Card Rewards Program is available when you purchase any of our 375ml bottles of Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars, please ask an associate for complete details. Punch Cards are for in-store use only. Punch Cards must be punched at initial time of each purchase. Punch Cards cannot be punched after the initial purchase; no exceptions. Punch Cards that are lost, stolen or damaged will not be replaced. Punch Cards that are torn apart cannot be replaced or redeemed. It is the customer’s responsibility to get your card punched at initial time of each purchase. Failure to adhere to this policy will require us to discontinue our Punch Cards Reward Program.
