We knew we were onto something when our original receiving of this elegant and timeless essential sold out its first weekend. Since then we have taken a never out (hopefully) position. We highly recommend an open jar in the fridge and one or two unopened on reserve in the pantry. Trust me, being a “garlic snob” is a good thing.
